This massage is performed without the use of oil, and you can choose to be fully clothed or partially undressed according to your preference.

Abhyangam with hot pindas
Energetic massage originating from India is performed using fabric sacks shaped like spheres, made of cotton, called pindas, which are filled with Asian "medicinal" herbs. Rice is also added to make them more substantial for the massage.
The massage is carried out with warm oil and pindas, providing warmth deep into the muscles, facilitating a thorough muscular and nervous relaxation.

The Hindu Essential Massage combines aromatherapy and Ayurveda, using Quintessences of essential oils and Absolutes directly related to the doshas. This energetic massage, of Indian origin, provides relaxation and release through the use of warm oil and pouches filled with "medicinal" herbs. It harmonizes the energy of your Dosha (determined by a questionnaire).

Seated massage
This AMMA-type massage, of Japanese origin, has been adapted for Westerners by combining elements borrowed from other Asian practices, while incorporating influences from TUI NA (Traditional Chinese Massage) and Korean relaxation.
Initially, the application of specific techniques aims to induce deep relaxation, thus releasing muscular and nervous tensions. Subsequently, the use of percussion techniques will awaken and energize the person being massaged.
This massage will take place in a suitable environment, without the use of oil, and will be performed on clothed individuals, lasting for 15 minutes.
